Project Description
Royal Landscape – A Grand Classic Estate in Barka, Muscat
The Royal Landscape is a majestic 2,000-square-meter estate located in the Barka area of Muscat, Oman, designed to embody timeless elegance and classical charm. This project features a grand entrance lined with royal palm trees, leading to a central courtyard with a classic water fountain as its centerpiece. The overall design leans toward a classical style, incorporating well-defined zones such as shaded parking areas, a lush lawn with a gazebo in front of the villa for public gatherings, and a multi-purpose sports field along with a dedicated children’s play area covered for safety at the back of the villa.
In addition to these features, the estate includes a thoughtfully hidden maid’s quarters, a glass-walled gym overlooking the lawn, and a multi-purpose entertainment hall. The pathways are elegantly paved with lush stone, and the landscape is adorned with colorful, classic-style planting and a mix of royal palm, coconut, and frangipani trees, enhancing the luxurious atmosphere.

Concept for Royal Landscape: A Timeless Classic Oasis with a Touch of Omani Elegance
The concept behind the Royal Landscape is to craft a refined, classical oasis that pays homage to both timeless European garden aesthetics and the natural beauty of Oman. This design approach focuses on creating a grand, inviting entrance that sets the tone for a luxurious and harmonious environment. By integrating classic elements like a central fountain and structured planting areas with the lush greenery of palm and frangipani trees, the space becomes a blend of elegance and local charm.
The Royal Landscape is designed not just for visual appeal but also for functionality, offering spaces for recreation, relaxation, and entertainment. With features like a multi-purpose sports field, a children’s play area, and a glass-walled gym overlooking the lawn, the estate perfectly balances classic aesthetics with modern-day usability. It is a timeless sanctuary that reflects the elegance of classical design enriched with a touch of Omani culture.
