Nestled in the scenic area of Barka, Muscat, this 3,000-square-meter landscape embraces a charming rustic and mountain-inspired villa. Designed with a sloped roof and a blend of natural materials like wood, concrete, and metal, this villa creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The landscape includes a lush lawn surrounded by palm trees, an outdoor kitchen, and a shallow stone water feature that invites you to dip your feet in and relax.
Inside, the villa features a cozy yet functional layout, with a double-height living area that includes a beautiful black brick fireplace stretching from floor to ceiling.
